Kiyoto is a young student artist who also works in a pub as his part-time job. He is also a very talented artist. Although he is 11 years old younger than MC, he always teases MC. He might seem to be a playboy, but MC gets to know his true self through his arts and his eyes.

As Kiyoto witnessed the kissing scene of MC’s husband in the prologue, he always wondered what happened between MC and her husband. He always teased MC. He also only had interest in women who had boyfriend or husband.

The reason of his twist character was due to he was hurt seriously by his first lover, who was his tutor and left him for someone richer. As he was also a talented artist, MC and Aiba were responsible for the interior design of his art exhibition, and MC was assigned to be the contact with Kiyoto. With the frequent contacts with Kiyoto and the betrayal of her husband, MC and Kiyoto fell for each other.

Knowing Kiyoto giving up his scholarship to France for herself, MC decided to have a night with Kiyoto but rejected him immediately on the next morning and lied that she would want to get back with her husband. Kiyoto was angry and left for France. MC got the divorce immediately afterward. Couples months later, MC received an air ticket to France and an invitation to an art exhibition in mail. Aiba encouraged her to go to France. The ticket and the invitation were sent by Kiyoto, as he knew from Aiba that MC has divorced. He finally understood that MC did it just to make him go to France for his own future career.

The Epilogue is mainly about their difference in age. As MC is a working woman and Kiyoto is still an art student, they get into argument when Kiyoto back from France. Kiyoto wants to live with MC, while MC hesitates. There are also many different male (Kippei and Aiba) around MC while many university girls are around Kiyoto. At last, MC expresses the reason for her hesitation and their misunderstandings all solved out as they really love each other.

It's been one year since you've gotten divorced from Koichi. You and Kiyoto are doing well together, but you can't help but wonder about what the future holds for the two of you (especially since everyone around you - coworkers, friends, parents, clients - seems to be talking about marriage for some reason). Once, she got to visit Kiyoto’s studio because of work and unfortunately she broke Kiyoto’s work-in-process drawing for an upcoming competition.After divorced, MC moves out and live alone and she always wants to have a cat as pet. Kiyoto overhears it and indicates he has a cute cat that she can have. Kiyoto takes the cat to MC’s place along with his own luggage as he is kicked out by other girl.

Kiyoto makes MC to accept it for 1 month as MC has broken his drawing while MC makes Kiyoto to promise not to touch her while staying there. As time passes, MC is actually used to have Kiyoto with her. She also can have her true self in front of him. However, MC later finds out that they are shelter from their own wound (Kiyoto is lost in his drawing) and they have to be apart in order to get past their wound. After they are apart for a while, MC is forced to another arranged marriage meeting, and Kiyoto coincidently is at the meeting place. Kiyoto saves MC from that guy. After being apart for a while, Kiyoto gets back to his painting and actually wins the contest with a painting of MC with the cat. Although they starts by arguing, they ends up happily together.
