Rosemary has the charm of a child but with an air of adult sexiness. Her most noticeable feature is her cool (cold) eyes! In this tutorial we'll focus on eye makeup for a cute doll-like look.
Things you'll need:
2) eyeshadow (greys and/or blues)
3) colored eyeliner (blue)
4) liquid eyeliner
5) fake eyelashes (1/2 length)
6) lip gloss (clear)
Let's start!
Step 1) Line your eyes with eyeliner
This will make your eyes appear brighter and give your skin the illusion of paleness. Line top and bottom in thick, bold strokes with your liner pencil.
Step 2) Upper lid shadowing
Using a blue or gray shadow, apply your shadow to your upper eyelid in bold strokes. Then apply black or dark grey shadow to the outside edges of your upper lid (the size of this area should be about the width of your iris).
Step 3) Colored liner
Use your blue liner pencil to add a line of blue along the outermost 1/3rd of your bottom eyelid. The effect is meant to be striking, so don't be shy! Choose a vivid shade.
Step 4) Liquid eyeliner
Line and shape your eyes with liquid eyeliner, to give the illusion of larger eyes, line your eyes a bit higher than usual at the peak. Be sure to line from the tear duct outward.
Step 5) Apply fake lashes
After applying mascara (and letting it dry), take your fake eyelashes (with adhesive applied) and lightly apply them to the outermost half of your lashes. Adjust them with your fingertips then squeeze firmly against your real lashes to set.
Step 6) Drawing in eyebrows
Let's draw some eyebrows with blue powder (this isn't included in the material list, but I would assume you can achieve a similar effect with the eye shadows shown). Blue alone makes too drastic a statement, so let's mix it with gray.
7) Apply lip gloss
Use concealer to take any pink or red from your lips, then apply gloss. A light dusting of pink blush on the cheeks will finish the look.
Here's the result :)
