Wig Tutorial: Basic Dango

A pretty dumpling arrangement

By staggering the placement and size between the right and left sides, you can achieve a cute asymmetrical look.

1. Collect hair for the small dango.

After slicing and blocking off the hair you want to use, tie it off in a loose, messy ponytail.

*If you don't tie off the ponytail tightly, your dango will fall out!

2. Wrap the loose hair in a spiral around the banded base, twisting lightly as you go.

3. Use bobby pins to hold the hair in place at random points.

4. After slicing and blocking the hair for the big dango, repeat the same process.

Point: Be careful not to bother other layers when arranging and restyling this one at events.
