Aiba is a Mr. Nice Guy. Whenever his sub-ordinates get into problems, he would blame himself first. He has also been friends with MC for a long time. His story is good too, but I like Kiyoto’s story more than Aiba’s story.

Summary:
As most of MC’s friends knew Aiba has loved MC for a long time, his story was mainly about the struggle for being a friend forever and having the risk of losing such a friend to become lovers. Aiba also gained self-confidence throughout the story as he needed to support MC in facing her rumors relating her divorce and the jealousy from their colleague at MC’s success at work and also at getting Aiba’s heart.
Shohei invites MC to meet his family. Shohei is very excited about introducing her, but the MC has some worries since she's divorcee. Most of the family is thrilled when MC arrives - all except for Shohei's sister, Kana. His dad seems curt at first, but he quickly opens up and tells the MC some incredibly embarrassing (yet sweet) stories. After working through the family trouble, the MC and Shohei head back to his place, and in the morning, he has a little surprise for her.
This takes place a year after Shohei and MC have begun their relationship. MC is getting suspicious that he may ask her to marry him soon, but Shohei just starts acting weird. At work, two new employees start, one being oriented by MC and the other by Aiba. The MC's orientee, Miyata, is really cocky from the get-go and pretty much ruins a proposal to a client with his attitude. MC spends most of the rest of the story trying to fix that mess. And there's a challenge (or two) to their love that they have to overcome.
